The IPC Hand Soldering contestants choose JBC for its "reliability"

The contest will end on Friday with the announcement of the winner.

For the first time at Productronica in Munich (Germany), IPC is hosting a Hand Soldering Competition at the IPC stand (A3.318) and JBC is one of the main sponsors.

On the opening day, the contestants who chose a JBC station to compete with commented they can always rely on JBC stations and are happy with the equipment, so that they made sure to use the CD-2BC soldering station. On the second day, other three contestants worked properly with the JBC station and had technical support every time.

This contest recognizes the best skills in hand soldering in accordance with IPC-A-610E Class 3 criteria. Over four days, 12 -15th November, participants will compete against each other to build a functional electronics assembly within a 45-minute time limit. On Friday, the winner will be announced.
