Integrating JBC stations into the company’s ERP software by using QST enhances the quality, efficiency, and traceability of handsoldering processes in electronic manufacturing (EMS).
The QST library has recently been updated to include the following stations: CDE, CDN and ALE. We have also made some minor changes.
When the software is implemented into the customer factory MES and information system following goals can be achieved:
Centralized
monitoring
Station information can be collected and viewed in real-time from a central location. This provides an overall view of the station status and soldering activity of all workstations.
Registration of
soldering performance
The integrated software collects relevant data, such as temperature, time and energy for each soldering joint performed at the station. This data can be used to ensure work quality and for traceability purposes.
Guarantee of
specific conditions
QST software can configure and monitor station parameters, ensuring that the required conditions are met to perform high-quality soldering.
Improved
soldering quality
The software ensures consistent work performance and adherence to quality standards by using the delivered energy measurement during the soldering process and the time needed.
