It provides all the advantages of a connected production line and enables automatic and remote control over all soldering jobs.
New solution to improve quality
JBC’s team will also showcase its new solution for serial production: Soldering Assistant for hand soldering tools.
For repetitive works the station will constantly compare the solder joint, in terms of heat and power, with a previously stored reference and will guide the operator during the soldering process.

In recent years, automation has become an important measure for electronics manufacturers to improve efficiency. At Productronica China 2019, JBC will demonstrate new solutions for soldering automation such as a soldering head, special cartridges, a solder feeder, an automatic tip cleaner or even an automatic cartridge exchange system.
