Nitrogen Module

Nitrogen prevents oxidation and improves soldering joints quality, besides provides extra head during soldering processes.

MNE regulates nitrogen flow to the soldering tip in order to optimize consumption.

The nitrogen flow is automatically activated when T210N, T245N or T470N Nitrogen Handle is in use, and it stops when the Handle is placed back in the stand and the tip temperature drops to the Sleep Temperature.

It requires GN Nitrogen Generator or an available nitrogen supply at the operator´s bench.

MNE works with DDE, DME or HDE Control Units and can be controlled by P405 Pedal.

MN works with DI Control Unit and the discontinued DD or DM Control Units.
