New MN 2870 Nitrogen station |

JBC presents the MN2870 Nitrogen station. This station combines 2 ways of transferring
heat:
- Firstly by direct contact between the soldertip and the joint just like any soldering iron.
- Secondly the heat is being transferred by hot nitrogen. The nitrogen flows through the handpiece and
is heated by the residual heat from the cartridge. |

up to 5 different levels. |

The AD2950,
includes a new additional feature to lock the temperature up to 5 different
levels.
Once the
temperature levels are introduced in the configuration menu, the operator can jump from a
temperature to the other just by pressing the buttons "+" (next stored upper level)
and "-" (next
stored lower level).
The number of stored temperature levels can be completely personalized
with maximum 5 levels.
This new feature can be easily switched on or off by entering the station configuration menu.

The MS 9014 electric desoldering pump and the MS 9015 air pressure desoldering system
are the evolution of the MS 9004 and MS 9005. In both the new models the aspiration
inlet is now located in the rear side of the box, close to the connector for the control
unit. In this way the desoldering iron tube and the cable can be paired together, leaving
more order on the work bench.
The filter location is maintained on the front side of the pump, so it is easy to check
if it is dirty and to change it quickly.
A new type of filter is needed for the MS9014 and MS9015 (Ref. 0005966).
Old filters will be still available for the MS9004/MS9005 models(Ref. 0005241). |  |

New 1 tool control unit DI 2860 |
| |
| The DI 2860 is a new soldering/desoldering control unit for 1 tool. It is the evolution
of the DI 2850 therefore it is going to replace it.
The control unit is provided with two rear connectors, one for the desoldering tool
DR 5650 and one for the pump module MS 9004 or MS 9005.
The DI 2860 is also compatible with all soldering handpieces and hot tweezers of
the advanced range. Only one tool at a time can be connected.
As in the DI 2850 units, the DI 2860 is provided with extra built-in features to
personalize hibernation, sleep settings and temperature limits. All parameters can
be blocked with a PIN.
The number of desoldering cycles can be read out in the counters menu.
