Advanced Series JBC
Heralding a revolution
The exclusive and new JBC microprocessor driver heating system ensures such
a fast heat recovery that it enables performance at temperatures lower
than ever before.
With the JBC Advanced series, we have achieved a real revolution
in the security and cleanliness of our stations during soldering.
We invite you to discover their outstanding performance for
yourself. You can also contact any of our distributors who will be able
to help you further.
Structure of the soldering system
In order to offer the highest flexibility and System to Task adaptability,
the ADVANCED series is divided into modules that are supplied independently:
• Control units
• Iron handpieces models
• Hot tweezers
• Cartridge range
• Independent stands
For example:
In order to form a basic, working soldering system, an AD 2200
control unit, a hand piece and a
cartridge is needed. |
By controlling the heat, we improve quality |
The Advanced technology gives an 80 percent improvement
over the performance of the best soldering stations available in the
market. In the following graphs, based on practical tests, we show this
superiority.
|
 |
A- A
conventional soldering station takes from 10 to
90 seconds to reach 350º C. Any Advanced
station with a 20W soldering iron gets there in
2 seconds, giving you some idea of the response
capability of the Advanced system. |
|
B- Here above you
can see the temperature fluctuations and time taken
to perform the same series of five solder joints.
While the conventional station suffers a temperature
drop of 70º C and
needs 16 seconds to complete the job, the Advanced station drops off only 30º C
and achieve it in just 8 seconds. |
